How do I find a weebly site designer?

Good day everyone...

I am a fan of Weebly and did build my business website.  My business is growing and is commanding my time in client services and thus I do not have the time to take my business to the next level with an evolved site. I have spoken to many web developers/designers who all want to take me off Weebly.

I would love to connect with people in the community who could design my new site...all thoughts and direction are welcome.
