How do I customize the Smart Bar?

I love the Smart Bar option and that I can customize the text. 
Is there a way to change 'email address' to two fields? 1) First name 2) email address
Is there a way to link the Smart Bar to a landing page?

Thanks @NJRFTF! I forgot about the Promote apps.

I don't see that app connected to your site, @cmns, although I don't think there's probably a way to customize it like you were asking about.
