How do I change the preview image for every page on my site?

I have a site with pages related to different categories but they all display the same picture.I know this is caused by the og:image tag in the header but there is one header file that works for all pages. I want a different image for my every page and if possible I also want to change the color of my header across my webpages.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you include standard image elements on all the pages of your site, it should give Facebook more to work with when deciding what image it will use. Usually it uses the first image it finds on the page that meets its criteria.
