I just recently got approved by Google AdSense on my website and while I'm extremely happy about it I'm also terrified that if Google detects a bot on my website I'll be banned for life. I would love to know how to block any BOT from accessing my Weebly website.

Google is not going to ban you for life if a bot or two reaches your site. Bots happen, unfortunately, but Google knows this and can detect the occasional bot over intentional bot traffic. I wouldn't worry about it too much, but if you do suspect suspicious activity you can try one of the IP blocker apps from the App Center.
