How do I Fix the following: Document has multiple static elements with the same id attribute

I am trying to make my websites accessible to visually impaired, but it's failing mostly on Some page content is not contained by landmarks and Document has multiple static elements with the same id attribute. This is mostly to do with the menue tabs. I am no programmer so any help would be really appreciatedMany thanks
