How can I restore a page that a client has accidentally deleted??

I have an older client who is a blogger... she has just deleted all her blogs by deleting the "Blog" page on accident.  Is there a way I can get them back, restore the pages? I will now restrict her from adding and deleting future pages, but for the lost pages, any advice??  It seems she hasn't published it yet, so the public site still as her blogs

..but in the editor, there is no blog page. 

Any advice?

Thanks for your post, @seth. There were a few different deleted pages called "blog", so I restored the most recently deleted one that looked like it may have had the most content on it. Let me know if that isn't the one you need.
