How Do I Create and Interactive Document
I have a discounted fee application. How can I put it on my website so that users can fill it out and submit it to me? I'd rather not have to create a document from scratch, but I will if I have to. Thanks.

Hi @andreawk Are you just trying to create a contact form? It looks like you have a contact page, but it just has your info on it. You can drag/drop the contact form element onto the page and once you click inside the form to edit, you will see new options pop up on the left hand side of the builder. Let me know if this is not what you are referring to. Thanks!

Hello Bernadette,
It's not a contact form. It's a one-page application for financial aid--to determine eligibility for a sliding fee scale. I've already created it, so I'd prefer to be able to use it as is if possible. The main thing is that clients need to be able to click on a link I'd send them to get to the application and then be able to fill in the answers.

You might want to add a text element to your form or button that has a link to download a PDF of the application, then add a file upload field to the form so that visitors can upload the PDF when submitting.

I created a fillable PDF file and uploaded it with the Powr app, but it wasn't fillable. Then I uploaded it with the Document app, same problem. Could you please explain what you mean by (1) adding a text element that has a link to download a PDF of the application, then (2) adding a file upload field to the form? Both of those steps are confusing to me! Thanks.

No problem! What I mean is, just before your form you could add a button element to your page and use the file option with that to create a link to download the PDF. You could add some text before it letting visitors know they should click the button to download the pdf, then attach it to the form when they fill it out. Then in your form itself, you add a "file upload" form element so people can attach the edited PDF to their submission.
