Forms show confirmation sent, but do not show in form submissions?

I've had a few clients fill out a form I have on my website, they have gotten confirmations that it's been sent on their end but it does not show in my email nor in the form submissions. My website is up to date and working in all other areas.

Is there a way to fix this? I do have a lot of photos uploaded to my website, could that be bogging down the weebly site and not allowing the forms to work? Is it something else?

That is definitely strange, the number of photos on your website should not be impacting the forms at all. Have they mentioned any similarities about what they were trying to upload?

All my clients send the same type of photos to me, but this is the first time in a year I've had this situation happen.
