It looks like you're using a custom theme, @Exodus. This will work automatically with our standard responsive themes, though you might need to do additional theme customization to make that work with your custom theme.

That would somewhat difficult since you're using an older customized theme. It would probably be a lot simpler to switch to a newer responsive theme, then make changes to that to make it look more how you want.
