I can't believe this has not been sorted. I have 8 super basic websites on weebly, no plug ins, optimised pictures, etc, and yet my mobile page speed scores are dire.
Surely with the focus growing on user experience, this has to be changed. I'm considering migrating all of my sites over. What the point in having basic sites, clean sites, only for them to have terrible SEO and page speed scores. I've also had numerous Critical HTML code flags via the recent SEO reports.
