Add a background to my website

Hello beautiful people. I could use some help. I have a website that I would like to jazz up a bit more. It's pretty plain jane at the moment. I'm not website savvy so it takes me awhile to teach myself on how to edit my site. I would like to add a background, however I cant figure out how to do this. When I go to edit my page, I do not see any options for changing my background. I googled some help and I found that to change my background that I need to go to the Design Tab. Where the heck is that at? Plus I'm wondering if this feature is even available to me? I noticed when I watched this video that it looked like the person was using Weebly Pro. Maybe thats why I do not have this feature. I believe I only bought the package that provided me the Domain part of it. The cost was around $145. I believe there is another package deal that cost a bit more. So, if anyone can shed some light on this, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Your site was built with the newer editor. It is different than the video you are referencing as the designer platform users the same editor as the original Weebly editor.

The new editor is a bit more limiting design-wise, however, I have seen some really nice sites built with it. You can change the background image of the sections by clicking on the section you need to edit, then Customize>Section Style. Click the Background dropdown and select Custom Color or Image.

I'll also see if I can get permission to post a link to some sites that were made with the new editor so you can get an idea of the different styles you can come up with.
