Digital downloads on checkout screen

I tested a new free digital product consisting of 2 files and on the checkout screen there is only 1 file available to download. The email conformation has both files but for some reason the checkout screen has only 1 file. I tested other free products and they all have the same problem.

Am using the birds eye theme.

I don't think will affect this although you can try switching to a different one to see if it helps. Have you contacted our support team yet? This sounds like something that might need to get escalated to our engineers.
