Create something like "folders" on Pages???

I'm in education and would like to create "folders" on Pages that will help organize content for students by week or by topic. Right now, they would see everything on a Page...it would be nice to be able to put files in folders or at least have the ability to expand/compress multiple files so the page is not so long. Can anyone suggest something that might accomplish this?

I believe you could do this with links and hidden pages if you are just wanting to minimize the overview page. Can you post a link to an example page on your site so we can take a look to get a better idea of what the page looks like now?
