Create a full screen splash page

Hi, I want to create a splash page that has a full screen image with just a button to enter the site.

Would anyone have any pointers on removing the logo and increasing the image on my site's splash page - http://preview.editmysite.com/g7cab8.6a353eefac22c5934705d2a61fce820a ??

You could do something similar to hide your navigation and logo on a single page.
