Contact Form not showing a confirmation that the information was received.

Hello,

On a website I created a for a client, their contact form does not show a confirmation message after they hit submit. The email goes through, but on the user end, it looks like nothing happened. I have tried resetting the theme back to a standard theme but no luck. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Weebly support said if I switched back to standard theme it would work.

Do you have the form set to display a confirmation message or use a thank you page? Try switching from one to the other to see if that works for you.

Hi, 

I'm having the same problem. My site is http://kitsapunderwater.com. The emails go through, but the user doesn't receive confirmation. I've tried both "message" and "link" options. No good.

Hi Eric 👋 It looks like your website is hosted through a third party host, One World Hosting. We do not have access to accounts made through a third party since the site is not hosted on our servers. 

You will need to reach out to your host for additional support here.
