Changing Registrar details

I am the new Admin for our clubs website. I have access to the Registrar details and attempt to update old details to me and i enter the new info, but it won't update after you hit the save button.

You may need to reach out to our Customer Success team directly about this. We aren't able to change the records from this platform, but you can reach the team by scrolling to the bottom of our Help Center and clicking the contact us button. Once you see the automated chat window try typing something like “speak with a rep” to be directed to the teams available to your account.
