Before I cancel my new WEEBLY account can I create folders, upload personal materials, etc

OK maybe I jumped the gun and was pulled in by the nice web features but now it looks like I might have made a mistake. I need to be able to create subfolders and place files in them in order for WEEBLY to work as my host. I have already discovered, AFTER making DNS changes, that ftp is not supported. Is there a work around or do I need to switch to another provider?

What kind of materials are you looking to add to your site? It isn't possible to make folders, but depending on what you want to add to your site they might not be necessary.

So I got to this thread because I thought if I cancel my account and get  a new account I coud start FRESH.

So now I have lost 2 hours trying to do this on a PAID ACCOUNT and support cannot help me so far.
