Banner size

I would like for my whole banner image to show on a mobile and tablet, not the zoomed in image. What do I need to change?

You'll probably need to do a little bit of CSS customization to control that specifically on mobile. Are you familiar with CSS and HTML at all, @loper2012?

Yes I am, I fixed it on an old theme, but can't seem to fix it with my current theme.
