I cannot access the invite to the join page I have with my colleagues. The email does not show me the "shared with me" section and the "my Site" section does not have a drop-down to include the new site editor access. please help. Only half our team has been able to access and deleting and reinviting doesn't help either.
Hi there. We have an open bug for this issue. Was everyone on the team invited at the same time? Do you happen to know if the people with access already had established accounts?
This happened to me too. Apparantly, I have been trying to log on to my friend's website to edit but it won't work for me. Although there were about 2 people who got access to the site, I couldn't get on it. Can you help me get on it?
Can you ask the site owner to remove you from the settings and re-add/re-send the invitation link? I see the bug is not fully resolved, but some accounts are working now.
