A Records And CNAME info for weebly site?

Attempting to connect a domain to weebly but am met with "Oops! Please contact your site administrator to access this feature" error.

Please advise on A record and CName settings I need to change in my host's zone editor.

Website is currently pointing to occasionsfloralartistry.co.za but need to change it.

Hi @MPriestman It looks like you have contributor access for this site. Are you trying to edit the domain settings, or are you trying to change the site address?

Trying to change it from occasionsfloralartistry.co.za to occasionsflowers.co.za when I encounter the error.

I would need the other info to change in my domains cpanel probably.

Do you have access to the main site? I can't recall off the top of my head but you may not have access to change the site as an editor. I can try for you if you like, though.

I can access the site in weebly. The person who originally built the site may not have given me editor permission - I have asked her to log in and try change it but have got no response. If you are able to change it that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Unfortunately, we can't make a change like that without the permission of the site owner. Hopefully you hear back soon from the owner.
