301 Redirect from one url to another

A client of ours is rebranding and they are getting a new Domain name. They are not purchased through Weebly but instead GoDaddy for both the old domain and the new domain. How do we set up 301 redirects from the old URLs to the new URLs?

Our 301 redirects only work within the same site, so you'd probably need to forward the old domain to the new domain. I would contact GoDaddy and ask for their help in setting that up (it might require getting an inexpensive hosting plan so they can set up 301 redirects with it).
