starting with G-Suite email blocked

Hi,

I want to set up an email adress for my registered domain.

After entering the desired email address and password I receive the message 'Oops... Permission denied'.

I tried the same thing for another domain I have from Weebly and that works just fine.

Tried it for several days now without result....

Any help would be highly appreciated!

Thanks for posting, @coka. Which of the other domains are you having trouble with? Has that domain ever been set up with G Suite before?

Hi, I'm just having problems with the 'sfeerathome' domain.

I do have used it before with G-Suite, but the address I'm trying to register '[email protected]' does not exist in the G-Suite.

If a domain was set up with G Suite before outside of Weebly, then it would not be possible to manage an existing user or add a new user through us. You'll need to do it directly with Google or through the reseller who you set up the other user through.

I had my G-Suite account setup as a trial shortly before trying to set is up throug Weebly.

Would it work from Weebly if I cancelled my trial account with Google?

I believe setting up a trial would still affect the domain from being used with another company. You may need to reach out to Google directly for assistance.

Terrible customer service.

Weebly is a reseller for google mail (g suite) but only up to 3 users.

For the last 3 weeks i am emailing weebly asking to probide the info google needs to move with them directly and weebly does not repply! Dirty tactic to keep you in? 
Very annoying!!
