This feature is only helpful for stylizing things and not recreating websites. For that, there is a copy site option in your account.
To be clear, there really isn't a way to copy or import/export a layout/template from one site to another if they have different accounts. In my opinion, this is a feature that should be available for Weebly users. If you are encouraging users to customize their sites, shouldn't you also be encouraging them to share their customized templates and layouts with others? Would it be possible to have an option of "User Generated" themes that are available for users to select from, in addition to the already existing options from Weebly?
