How can I switch from "Website with online store" option to "Website only"?  I am struggling to design what I want with the online store version.

Thank you for your question. 

These two options actually bring you to two different website builders.

The "Website with online store" option will give you the Square Online Store builder, while the "Website only" option will give you the Weebly website builder. 

You can create your online store with both builders.

If you need a quick setup online store, you should go with the Square Online Store builder (the website with online store options). 

If you need an online store with more customizable ability, you should go with the Weebly website builder. 

There is no "switch button" between these two platforms, for now, thus you might need to recreate another Weebly website or account for a new website.
