Log in help, password reset not working, no contact from support
Hi team,
I have not been able to log in to my business for over a week now. Tried to reset the password multiple times. Sent an email support request with no response. All of your live help options require me to log in to access them. Everything was working perfectly and I hadn't changed a thing but all of December I have had zero access to my dashboard and orders.
Please help ASAP, I have no way to fulfill orders at the moment and I am worried someone may have compromised my personal info. I can't believe how incredibly difficult it is to get assistance with an issue like this. I am dead in the water and can't contact a single person about it.
I had to create this dummy account just to be able to ASK for help, surely there has to be better support for something I have paid for for years?

Thanks for posting about it, @grein84. Can you try using an incognito window in Chrome and see if that works? You can also try switching to a different browser temporarily.

I had a similar problem, I logged in on 11/26 and then tried again today only to get an error that the username or password was wrong. I tried resetting the password which worked, but the new password did not work either. As suggested in this thread I tried logging in using an incognito window and that worked. What would cause this to happen?

It appears to be some sort of caching issue, although I'm not sure what exactly is causing it. I've talked to a few people that confirmed they were able to clear their browser cache and successfully log in with their usual browser. I personally always use a private/incognito tab when editing in Weebly out of habit, but hopefully clearing cache/cookies helps resolve it for you.
