I can not verify my account to allow publishing!!!

I have just made a Weebly account but when I try to publish my page/website it asks to do a verification via mobile phone  text message - this failed numerous times.

I just realised why this is happening - I have an expired SIM in mobile phone that is why it is probably failing.

I have read threads where people were unable to verify the account to allow publishing and Weebly staff (?) have made changes which allow them to publish.

I have chronic health problems which make it difficult to get out and about so going into town and buying a SIM could be difficult - is there any chance a Weebly staff member can make changes on my account so I can publish?

I just would like to have it confirmed - is my account fully valid and live? I mean just cause I have not published yet does that mean my account is not live?

Do you have to verify your account via phone texts every time you publish anything?

I hope you guys can fix this.

Sorry for the inconvenience. The reason the site will not publish is because there is not enough of your own content on the site yet. Not to worry, though. Once you have more editing done our support team will be able to remove that verification for you. Smiley Happy

Thanks for the quick response.

I will add some text and content to the theme I have chosen but I'm just trying to learn how it works right now.

I will try to publish after that and will message you if I need help to get passed the verification obstacle.
