How do change the size of HTML box please?

I have added a box and inserted html for a  google sheet however the blue box is too small to display the whole spreadsheet and I cant find a way to adjust the size? I can't add a spacer inside the HTML <embed> box, and there is no blue circle to resize?

The size of an embedded item such as a google sheet is dependent on the actual code that you have inserted - what is the website address and what code have you inserted?

We haven't published the website as we can't get over some 'first sstep problems' The code we have used is:
