How do I export data from a form? It used to be an option but I can't seem to find it.
Thanks!

From your account dashboard, go to Website > Edit Site and click on Form Submissions. Once your list of entries loads, you should see a button on the top right you can use to export your form entries.

You might be selected on a site in your account which doesn't have any forms, @MikePG. Click on the grey sites dropdown on the top left and click on the account that has your forms, then go to Website > Overview.

The previous answer is now out-of-date as of April 2021. I contacted their support yesterday (2021-04-29) and they told me where it's now hidden. On the main page there's a link on the left, just under "Overview" called "Edit Site". Click it - don't worry, it won't actually edit the site (sigh...). Then you'll see the Form Entries button where you can Export all (you can choose which form to export via a drop-down menu).

Hi @practicalneuro. Welcome to the Community!
On your dashboard, click the Edit Site link on the left, then click on the form options row. Next, select the form in the dropdown on the top left and click the Export All button on right.

If I follow these instructions I have the ability to view entries, and a window pops up with a table of entry data but it is abridged and selecting it and pasting it into an excel sheet doesn't give me the complete data. I have not been able to access the export all feature and this would save immense time and effort.

Hi @ampagart Does it work if you open Excel first, and then open the saved export file?

There is no file to open. There is no export option. I can click view entries and that gives me a browser pop up that has the data. If I choose to save that instead of open it it saves as a web archive which doesn't open into excel. If I copy the data from the browser window it truncates the entries which is of little help.

I think you might be looking in the wrong place, @ampagart. On your account dashboard, click on the Edit Site link on the left (this won't open the site editor, despite the wording). Next, click on the form entries option. YOu should then see a list of the entries for the selected form, and also see an Export All button on the top right.

I had to go into a different browser and those options (that I hadn't known were available) finally were visible. Thank you for repeating it enough for me to keep trying. This will save me lots of time and effort!!

Hi there,
I too have this problem, and the solutions mentioned have not worked for me. Accessing the site using Chrome, I used to be able to find that "edit" button on the left side, but it is no longer visible for me. I tried another browser and had identical results--no left-side "edit" option. Is there some other way to access form submissions?
I'd like to also add that: 1) from the dashboard, "edit" suggests to a user that they will be able to edit their content, so the presence of multiple buttons called "edit" is confusing; and 2) accessing data added to a form is not an editing function from the perspective of a user, so it's hard to locate in the first place under this name. Just FYI.
