How do I downgrade a website plan?

Hey there, I've got a site that is on a pro plan right now, but recently i've noticed that I have no use for the pro options an want to downgrade. I cannot seem to do this myself. How should I go about downgrading back to starter?

I'd also like to downgrade to a montly pro plan.  It seems the only visible options are options to upgrade.  Could somebody from weebly help me with that?

Your hosting service doesn't expire until the 17th. Do you want to remove it now and have the credit added to the account or do you want to wait till it expires?

Hi @MISSIONDESIGN You can turn off the auto renew for the hosting plan and domain registration by clicking Account Settings > My Services

You should see an option to manage the subscription. Will you be keeping the site active with a Weebly subdomain? If yes, you can change the site address from the Settings tab in the editor.

I'm trying to downgrade my plan from business to basic - I thought I had done that by cancelling the renewal of the business plan (there was no option to pick a different plan when I did this) but it's now saying the business plan is overdue and my website will be unpublished in 5 days. 

Can anyone help?

I removed the business plan for you, @natalie20 You should be able to upgrade to the correct plan you want to use now. 

Please let us know if you run into any trouble upgrading.

Hi, I want to downgrade my plan to a professional plan. (www.thefashionmap.co).  I do not see a way to downgrade to this plan. Please advise. Thank you!
