How? From Business to Free? Please help

Hello, first; sorry for my bad English.

So I've upgrade my Free website to a Business website, but now my website is blocked because my time is over, so I can't edit my website anymore. So I want to de-upgrade my Business account to a Free account.

Thank you!

Hey @j3rom3! Your business subscription has been removed and I opened the site you had upgraded in the editor without issue.  Are you seeing a message when you try to publish, or just when you open the site in the editor?

@Adam Hey, I've fix it now. When I logged into my account I saw a small line that says that my website was locked. But I've fix it. Thank you!

Hello, I started off with a business plan and want to switch to a standard free site. Can the domain be transfered without losing any of the websites look?

All your content will remain intact, although you'll need to change the site address to a .weebly.com subdomain if you don't have the site upgraded. You'll also need to remove any other features of Business (we'll display a popup to help you find these and remove).

Hi,

I just ended my Weebly Business Site Bundle. I'm interesting to have the web with the free plan but if i try to upgrate ther is only the top option, not the free one.

What i have to do?

Thaks

I was able to remove the plan for you, @CristinaPG Please note you will need to be on one of the paid plans in order to keep the site published to a custom domain. If you prefer to use a free plan you will need to change the site address to a Weebly subdomain under the Settings tabs in the editor.
