I have seen many posts about this and still can't get it resolved. I purchased the Google Workspace emails through my weebly domain account and when I try to access them I get the "this account is suspended" message. I have tried opening on differnet browers with no luck

Hi, @Kelly6.
It looks like you need to accept Google's terms of service. Go to the emails page of your account, then click on the "..." button that is right next to "Go to inbox". Choose the Admin option, then log in with your user. Once you've logged in there you should be able to accept the terms of service.

I purchased an email hours ago for my domain and it's still saying Google Workpace account is currently being configured check back soon to manager your email accounts.
When I try to go to my inbox I get the following message "Your organization's Google Workspace account has been suspended. Please contact your Google Workspace Organization Administrator to re-activate your organization"
Has anyone else received these messages and any advice as to how I an finish setting up email before the 14 day trial ends?

Hi, @huxtablecso. I just merged your post into a different thread about the same issue. Can you check out the solution above?

I have this same problem! It says to contact my Google Workplace Administrator. I have no idea if that is the new email I set up or not. Accepting the terms does nothing.

Hi @uptowngymmn
It looks like the terms of service still need to be accepted. Did you accept through the Google admin page?

Hi, I have the same problem that I cannot receive Emails.
When I clicked "...", there is only one option which is "Google Admin", and when I clicked, I got an error message "404. That’s an error. The requested URL was not found on this server. That’s all we know."
Can you please tell me what I can do to receive Emails?
