Cannot recieve password reset email
Hi there, I made this weebly account using my school email. I am a high school senior and our emails are going to be deleted sometime this summer. I have been trying to reset my password and primary email that I use to access this site, however I cannot do either. My schoool email does not let me recieve emails from outside our school district, because of this I cannot reset my password. I used the Log in with google option and connected my account to my cell phone and facebook but still cannot change my email. I can't call customer support either since I don't have a weebly premium account. I can't even really recieve a ticket for support since any emails sent by weebly are deleted on this school email.
Can someone please help me? I don't want to lose my pictures.

Were you able to log in using Facebook, @Studentemail11, and if so are you able to go to your account page?

Yes I was able too, but I want to be able to access weebly with my email not my facebook account.

Once you've logged in with Facebook, click on your name on the top right and choose "Account". Next, click on Edit Profile - you can change your email and password here, and disconnect from Facebook so you log in with your email instead.

hi, i have the same issue as well. I am not able to login to the Weebly after changing my email address and the Forget Password is also not sending the password reset link to both the old and new email address. Please help!

Hi @pulseuplift I think you may be logged into the wrong account. I see a few that could be the possible correct ones.. Can you please verify the site url you are trying to access?

Hi, it should be http://pulseuplift.weebly.com but it is not published yet. It was using the new editor format and I created a new account using the old editor. Now, I cannot access this site using my outlook account.

The outlook email is the correct email, but you are currently logged into a gmail account on the community page. Try logging out of the Weebly dashboard and logging in with the outlook email. You have two sites in the account, but can access the correct site by clicking the dropdown in the top left corner of the dashboard.

Hi I am having the same issue . Ive checked everywhere on my email and tried resetting more than once and nothing is coming into my email. Ive managed to log into an old account i made with my personal email because there was no way to contact weebly for support ... Please help as this is very annoying and i dont want to lose what ive created
