Cannot complete registration of domain.

When clicking the EDIT SITE button to get started, I get a dialog box to complete (Your domain was successfully purchased!)

On completing all info correctly and clicking COMPLETE REGISTRATION, nothing happens!! If I close the box I automatically go back to the SITES page again.

I am having this problem now.  I click Complete Registration and it doesn't do anything.  If I click on the x it takes me out of the edit mode.

There was a temporary issue with our Registrar yesterday that might have caused trouble for you, @Ida.  Can you try again? If you still have trouble let me know.

Are you still having trouble, @Anu? It looks like you were able to register a new domain name today.

Hello Gordy! Have you been in touch with support yet? They should be able to go through it with you step by step.

I tried to register the domain name with ICANN six times and failed. Everytime I try a new domain name, but everytime, the process fails. It says domain name is already taken. After checking my account, I saw that I have been billed $10 fee associated with domain name registeration six times, but the domain name has not been registered yet. Can someone please tell me what is going on?

Hi @Habib123 What is the domain name that you registered? Did you register through the browser or through a mobile app?

Thanks for the info! You are not able to register a domain name with Weebly in the name. However, you can set your site to use a Weebly subdomain if you like. For example, habib-ahmed.weebly.com, and you would just need to set this from the Settings tab in the editor. These domain names are free! Smiley Happy Otherwise you can use your domain credit to register a personalized domain like habib-ahmed.com (if it's available)

I verified that all of the charges automatically processed to refund back to your card.
