Cancelled starter plan - how do I request a refund?

Hi, I recently cancelled my renewed starter plan (renewed on November 14th and cancelled the renewal service on November 16th) - however I do not actually require the plan anymore as I'm not currently using my website and have no plans to anytime soon.

How do I request a refund? I already tried the email service but I didn't get an auto-reply or any indication as to how long it takes to respond to emails. I didn't even get a copy of the email I sent so I'm doubtful it will be looked into.

I'd be grateful if a refund could be arranged or otherwise provide specific steps on how to request one.

Hi @sumeet29 I do not see a cancelled website in your account. Can you please confirm the full url of the site?

Thanks for the info. I can confirm the support ticket was submitted properly. A rep will be able to respond to you soon. Will you be unpublishing the website, or will you keep it active? There are some changes you can make from your end which may help speed up the refund: 

If you are going to keep it active, please edit the site address to a Weebly subdomain by clicking the Settings tab in the editor. If you do not wish to keep the site active you can also find the "unpublish" option from the same Settings tab.
