Today is Dec 9,2020.

Can my plan be cancelled and a refund issued? How to reach out to customer success team?

I would also like a refund. I purchased on March 11, 2021 and I am not satisfied with the personal website plan. I do not however want a refund for my domain name.

Hi @pow2020 I've removed and refunded your personal website plan. You should see the refund within 10 business days, though it usually settles within 2-3.

Hi @HarmanFiddle! The refund has been initiated. You should see the funds returned within 10 business days, but it usually only takes 2-3.

Same here. For the second website, purchased under my account I purchased a Starter Pack and need a refund for this as the site doesn't work. Please make sure to only refund the purchase made for the Starter Pack on 20.7.21 as I want to keep the other Pro Site.
