THEME NAVIGATION MENU CHANGES TO THREE LINES IN CORNER.

I chose a theme with the navigation menu beneath the site. All has been good while designing, but I came back after a few days, and the menu is now three lines in the top left corner.  I've tried different themes with the same navigation menu beneath the site title, but it keeps changing to the three lines. Why is this happening? How did I fix this.

The three line navigation you are describing is called a "hamburger" menu. This displays on smaller screens such as a mobile device, but some of the Weebly themes allow you to select it by collapsing navigation. If your theme allows it, you will find the setting under Theme > Theme Options in the site editor.
