won't let me complete purchase of a domain name
I found the domain name I wanted, put it in my cart, put in my payment information and when I clicked on the purchase button a box pops up asking for my contact information again. At the top of the box it says valid contact information is required by ICANN. I erased all my information and retyped it and at the top right corner of the box it says purchase in gray and cannot be clicked. Why is it doing this?? I double and triple checked that my contact information is correct.

After entering the information in the popup, click somewhere else in the popup. Does that cause the link on the top right of the popup to become a blue purchase button for you?

I was finally able to purchase the domain I wanted after I decided to try to purchase it on my phone. It still gave me some trouble accepting the information I put in each box but eventually I got it to work. It did not work on my laptop at all though.

I am experiencing the same issue. The payment has gone through PayPal however, and I have received confirmation emails BUT, when I click "purchase" on the domain registration page, the first time it said the above issue re ICAAN details but now it is saying "Domain Registration Failed. Coupon code ZA9JAKHD7A is invalid". I have bought ussportsupport.com.au and I bbought it as part of the purchase of a membership so it says that the first year is discounted. I'm assuming this is the issue.
Please help asap!

Hi @emyhunts. I don't see that error in your account. It looks like the coupon was successfully used and the domain was registered.

Hi Bernadette,
Interesting. The page is still frozen but when I use another tab it all works fine and the remote website - ussportsupport.com.au - is working too. I will just close the faulty tab and ignore it. Thank you very much.

No problem. Maybe try clearing the cache and cookies for Weebly on the frozen browser.

Exact same problem: purchased a 2-year plan with Weebly with Paypal, and have been trying for the past hour to register my free domain that comes with the package, nothing seems to work. I have tried everything: loging from a different computer, loging from my phone. Changing every single parameter just in case. Nothing works. What should I do and is this issue related to Paypal ? Because when I want to register my domain, the paypal account used to purchase the plan is briefly highlighted, then fades to grey, does that mean anything ? I have proof that the payment went through, so if this is an issue with Paypal, do I have to cancel my plan, get my money back, and then pay with a credit card ?
I put a screenshot of when the error message

Update. This is really strange, now the domain shows up on my Weebly account so it must have registered somehow, but when I publish and go to the website, there is still nothing. Editor says "It appears that your domain is not properly setup to display your website. Please follow the domain setup instructions, or if you already have, allow up to 48 hours for the DNS changes to propagate."
However at the same time, I get this message in the "Domain" page of my Weebly account: "Credit Available! You have one FREE domain credit available for a purchase or transfer (a €18.00 value). Expires 08/06/2020."
This sounds like my domain was not registered at all ...

Hi there,
I got the exact same issue as you! May I know if you have resolved it? I sent an email to Weebly support team but didn't receive any reply from them. It has already been 4 days and I need to publish my website by next week. Please advise me if you have already resolved the issue. Thank you!
