redirect URL to another URL

I have question, I have   this website, but i wanna when i click can to go to  https://eric461021.jeunesseglobal.com/en-US/countries  this webiste, how do i change it? 

my plan is already connect, thanks.

Thanks for posting, @ericatung. Go to the Domains tab and click on your domain to manage it, then click the option on the top left to set the destination for the domain. Choose the external option for that and enter the URL you want the domain to forward to.

This doesn't seem to work for me. I set up a forwarding of my domain straight to my square store but it isn't working. It just goes to some weird greay parked page. I don't understand why its not working. Its a simple forwarding task.

Can you please let us know the domain name, and url you are trying to forward to?

I did this as well and it's still going to my old site, I need it to go to the new one. How do I fix? Thank you!

Hi @CiaoBella Can you confirm the current and new address you are trying to use?

It seemed to work yesterday evening but now I'm getting a privacy error which I don't know what that's from since my new website is privacy protected. 

Old url: www.ciaobellaboutique.shop

New url it should go to: www.ciaobellabtque.com

The .com domain name is already pointing to a website that was not built with Weebly. Is this your site? https://ciaobellabtque.com/

The .shop domain in your Weebly account is not currently connected to your Weebly site. ciao-bella-boutique.square.site

Are you trying to use the .shop domain with your Weebly site, or are you trying to use the .com domain with your Weebly site?

The Weebly connecting and redirecting is killing my business.  It will work for awhile and the, invariable after I publish a multi-thousand dollar Facebook ad campaign, it will stop working and redirect people to a generic search page.  And now, having given up trying for the 100th time (literally) I try to do a simple forwarding request on the domains I transferred from GoDaddy to Weebly and it won't take (I hit "save" and it completely ignores my request).  Tried chat help and nothing was resoved.

Hi! Same thing here. Trying to redirect thebeanstalkproject.org to beanstalkcreative.org 

Seems like a bug - when I click the forward button in manage domains, and click "Save" - nothing seems to happen. Can anyone help?

I've managed to set up 301 redirects from individual pages (thebeanstalkproject.org/contact.html to beanstalkcreative.org/contact.html ) - but I've been unsuccessful at redirecting the whole site. Any help? Thanks! ..Joel
