Transferring my pro account from one weebly site to another.

Morning from Australia! I've sent through two support tickets both thrugh the APP and through the main website, and started an online chat query about moving my pro account and domain from one weebly wesite to a new weebly one. It's been nearly 2 weeks and I've not had any response Smiley Sad

Any ideas?

Hi Katyi. Strangely, I only see one support request from you and it is in the dropped chat queue. I'm sorry that it didn't go through for you. I see you have one business plan in your account. Is this the service you are referring to? What is the name of the site you want me to move service to?

I want to do a similar thing transfer a template I created there to the designer portal to continue on it there or at least to copy it. Anything that doesn't require me redoing it all as I accidentally did it through the wrong place. Thanks.

Hi @JulieBo I think the first poster was referring to something different. I see one site in your account, and you wish to move the entire site, or the theme itself? Do you have a separate WWD account?

Hi Weebly Developers, 

I'd like to do something similar to what the original poster requested. I'd like to transfer my pro-account to a separate free account I have within the weebly platform. The website I'd like to transfer it to is https://giginvestments.weebly.com/. I'd like the domain to transfer as well from my proaccount. 

Please let me know what information you need from me to get this done.

Hi, @business95. While we can't move a site into an existing account, we can move it to a new account that is created during the move process. Visit our support site, click on the contact us button, then tell the chatbot that you want to speak to a representative.
