Sorry to hear that @bernie23 You should be good to go now. I disabled the SSL from your Settings tab and then re-enabled. Let us know if you run into that problem again.

Hi @Kiba_Freeman It looks like your site is loading properly for me. Were you able to get this resolved with support or did the domain just need to propagate?

I am in the same boat.  My domain is www.soullevelastrology.com.  The person that helps me with it said it's because she tried to add a message board which caused the problem so she took it off. But, it is still not working for me.

We are having this same issue. I disabled and then enabled the SSL certificate and it says it is being configured and to check back later. That was over an hour ago. We really need to use our website today, any idea if that will fix the problem and how long it will take?

Thanks for reaching out, @GeneseeHabitat It can sometimes take up to 24 hours for the SSL to setup properly, but I just confirmed that your site is loading as secure. Can you please let us know if you are still having trouble?

It looks like the certificate didn't renew for some reason. I started it over and it renewed successfully for your site.
