Getting an Error Invalid authorization code while transferring Domain away from Weebly

Hi There,

I am trying to transfer my domain name - perfectbalancenutrition.com.au - away from Weebly to GoDaddy.  GoDaddy Transfer process give me an Error _ Invalid authorization code _

It seem the issue is with Weebly Domain Name Registration as I am unable change the lock status of the domain.  When I attempt to lock the domain, I get the Error _ Failed to lock domain _

Somehow the Domain name is STUCK in a bad state and I need help from someone in support to reset the password or somehow Unstock the doamin.

I would appreciate the help from anyone as I have not been able to get a hold of Weebly Support. Tried calling their support number but it seems to be down.  They don't have a way of submiting a support ticket on their support portal and the support bit is useless.

Something's not right with your domain transfer. Let's fix it.

You tried to transfer perfectbalancenutrition.com.au to us, but there was a problem. Here's the official error text:

The registry rejected the transfer request due to an invalid authorization code.

Don't sweat it, though. We'll keep the transfer open for 30 days. If you take care of the issue with the current registrar (the other company that currently has the domain) you're free to try it again within that timeframe.

I believe the support team will need to assist you with an authorization code for the type of domain you have. 

You can reach the team by scrolling to the bottom of our Help Center and clicking the contact us button. Once you see the automated chat window try typing something like "speak with a rep" to be directed to the teams available to your account.
