Need refund or customer service!

Hi, I have purchased the 'connect' deal yesterday with my company's card for our website. Our original domain ends with co.kr, and we weren't aware that these types of domains are not available for transfer in domain because Weebly has no guidelines or instructions regarding this. I called the customer service at the right hours yet no one replies- please please comment on this and help me regarding the purchase, as its not a PERSONAL website. Thank you

Thanks for your post, @qwertt. You don't need to transfer the domain to us to use with it the site you upgraded. The guide on using a domain purchased elsewhere explains the changes you make so you can take advantage of the upgrade.
