Free trial ended - can't select Free plan

I set up a free trial for a website I'm putting together for a community organisation (email address: [email protected]). The free trial has ended but your website won't let me select the free option

I am having the same problem. I ended up deleting the website I worked hard on because I didn't know what else to do (email: [email protected]). Can this problem please be fixed? I've been trying to find a way to switch back to the free option to no avail.

I can help you out with that, @Eden610. What is the site title of the site you had been working on? I'll restore it and remove the business trial for you.

I restored the site that I believe is the correct one, but let me know if not. Also, you will need to reset the subdomain and publish again.
