Drop down menu issues - mobile and desktop

Using Travellin Dusk 2 theme.

On mobile (iphone) - the drop down menus do not appear.

On desktop, on long set of items on a drop down, no way to scroll to see bottom item.

Any suggestions?

I'm not having a trouble with the desktop view, but I do see that the dropdown is not visible on my iPhone. Have you had anyone report the same thing with Android devices? Can you please submit a ticket to support if you haven't already submitted done so? This may need to be escalated to our advanced support team. You can submit a ticket by scrolling to the bottom of our Help Center.
