Rating / Review App?? Need help with Ratings and Reviews

I am looking to create a product / service review that is similar to a star rating on Yelp or Amazon. Can you recommend an app?

For example, if you were a user, you would rate a service, then see your rating and an overall star rating for that service, again, as on Yelp. I have used Powr Reviews, but the functionality is very basic. I do not need to maintain user emails or other information but I can. My goal is to create a community where users can rate a service and discuss it, but I would like users to see what they are rating. Thank you.

Are these for products you've created in Store > Products, or just one regular pages of your site @ducky?

Thank you for asking. I am actually rating youth sports teams. A user selects the team from a dropdown, and then rates it. At the moment, all I see available is a star rating app that allows a comment and stars, but I would like the user to answer a few questions that will help other users idenfiy the level of the player, such as a dropdown menu. Thanks.

Ok, thanks for clarifying. Have you tried searching Google for other third party options? You might be able to use something found that way with the Embed Code element.

Editing onWeebly used to be so easy by just clicking on "Approval for publishing."  I have 2 emails I would like to approve for publishing at the end of a blog post.  Now I am having difficulty editing or approving for the public to be able to see.  Please approve for me and publish.  Thank you.
