Hello @Truth731 !

Yes, you can be notified by email of all incoming orders, you'll just have to enable it:

Web dashboard -> Online -> Settings -> Notifications

Enable email alerts on this page.

Additionally, if you have the Square Point of Sale app on your phone, you can enable notifications and you will get an alert every time there's an order.

Hope this helps!

Hi Truth731,

Just some tips from the FAQs:

* Square Online automatically sends you an email notification whenever someone purchases from your online store. By default, these notifications go to the email address associated with your Square account.

* If you don’t want all of your online order notifications to go to your Square account email address, you can update your preferences in Square Online to send notifications to as many as three different emails.

Note:  Depending on your email provider, it's possible a notification could end up in your Spam Folder - just something to be aware of.

Double check your spam folder and add the following email addresses to your contacts:

  • hello@weebly.com
  • noreply@weebly.com
  • no-reply@weebly.com
  • hello@emails.weebly.com
  • noreply@promote.weebly.com
  • no-reply@editmysite.com

I was receiving email notifications when I processed a POS charge.  Not sure if there was an update recently, but I'm not receiving emails when transactions have been process through my Square account.  Can you help me fix this?  Thanks!

Hello @csboutique !

Are you talking about an email per transaction? It's a possibility that setting got turned off somewhere. Check here:

Dashboard -> Account & Settings -> Business Information -> Email Notifications

Look for the section titled "Transactional Emails" near the bottom of the page. Check what you want here. Hopefully that'll clear things up.

Also, verify that all emails from messaging.squareup.com aren't being spam blocked!

Hope this helps!
