remove address from square marketing email
We've gone online during COVID, as many others I'm sure have. Our brick and mortar is no longer open. How do I opt to remove the address from a square marketing email?

Hey there @ardentgoods
To remove your address from email campaigns, change your location settings to mobile location in Dashboard. That filters over to Square Marketing and removes the address in the footer
Visit Account & Settings > Business > Locations then click your store. Scroll down to see the option to enable "mobile location"
I hope this helps!

That didn't work for me. When I changed it over to mobile location, it still previews showing my location. This is a home business run strictly from home, and I don't wish to send my address out if I don't have to. Any other ideas? Or skipped steps?

I actually was able to sign in and mark as mobile. I didn't see if that worked. But what I did after that was to change the street address to NA. Then, nothing showed up on my email campaign for an address. Much happier now. Mobile probably made it work, but I didn't feel like going out and back into the draft I had made for the email again and again.

changing it to mobile also does not work because according to Square then the items/store will not sync.

I am not finding this setting to change to mobile. Can you provide the EXACT path? I don't have accounts and settings as an option, I have Overview>Settings>General/Checkout/Sales Taxes/Notifications/Tracking Tools/Language & Units.
General has an address (this is for invoices though) but no option to switch to mobile as you suggest here.

Welcome to the Seller Community, @FinsAquatic 🎉
The dashboard options you listed sounds like you are logged into the Square Online dashboard, and not the Square dashboard.
Please log into your Square account, then follow the instructions that @JustinC outlined.
Hope this helps you out! 😊

I already set it up for my home address to not show up in the receipts but it seems that there is no way for my home address to Not show up in the email campaigns/marketings. How do we delete this from showing up. I don't have a "business" address since I work from home and I do not feel comfortable w/that showing up

Hey @ErikasSigns and welcome to the Community.
I moved your post to an existing thread where another seller had the same question.
Check out @JustinC's answer above.

I have a similar problem. Since the onset of weebly my home address shows up for pick up orders. I am a food truck that has a different location everyday. The customers that usually order online for a pick up are aware of my location because an email is sent out by a building coordinator. Having No Location was okay but i am sure i could make more sales in highly populated areas. but with Weebly, you cannot offer online ordering for pick-up without having an address that matches the business name. Sure you can click on "USE AS IS" BUT...iF you need to change your pick up hours you have to fight with the address again. Then if I am somewhere else the next day...I have to change the address again.
I HAVE HAD TWO CUSTOMERS THIS SUMMER THAT HAVE DRIVEN TO MY HOME ADDRESS TO PICK UP THEIR ONLINE ORDER.
I REALLY WISH THAT MY GOOGLE EVENT CALENDAR ALREADY CONTAINING THE HOST BUSINESS WITH THEIR ADDRESS (MY LOCATION) AND THE DURATION OF THE EVENT(MY BUSINESS AND PICK UP HOURS) COULD BE LINKED TO SQUARE ONLINE.

@GWTS I can see just how frustrating this is for you and I appreciate your feedback. I will continue to bubble it up to our development team. In the meantime, the best workaround we can offer is to change your address each time your location moves, or have your address be your building contractor, if they allow it.
