printing the quantity when printing invoice

When I print the invoices I create the Quantity doesn't show up. So I have to go back and look at each item I sell and find the price so I can find out how many I am supposed to ship. Taking more time that I don't have. Is there a setting that I can start making sure Quantity shows up as wlel as item and price?

Hmm, sorry to hear that you're not able to see the quantity on a paid Invoice!

The quantity should appear next to the item name, which is below the Invoice message 'We apprecaite your business' (or your custom message). For example if you sold two iteams you'd see "Item Name x 2" just below the message.

When you create an Invoice do you add items and set the quantity or are you entering a custom item/anount each time?  Can you provide a screenshot of what you see on your Invoices? 

If information isn't appearing on the printed invoice but is appearing on the screen clearing your browsing history or switching to browser like Google Chrome should help.
