Hello!

 

I have followed the steps via Pinterest to get the tag and that is working properly however, when I click verify tag in Square, it does nothing. I am doing something wrong? I want to integrate my catalog so I do not have to do it manually.

Hello, @trinityandchris- Sorry for the trouble. Are you trying to connect your Square Store with Pinterest? If so, please try the steps below:

 

1.Sign in to Online Store in your Square Dashboard and click Site Settings > Integrations 

2.Click the Pinterest Verification and Conversion Tag dropdown.

3. Click Verify and add tag after reading the tag guidelines.

Hello Sayra!!

 

I've done that and when I click verify and add tag nothing happens. When I hover over her button it just says connecting but nothing happens. 

 

I have even tried in an incognito window and nothing.

Yes I am, i might have already done it awhile back, but don't remember, but i never had a Pinterest business account then, now i do and Thats the problem, it does not work..

 

I click on it and nothing happens at all, just sits there

Have you tried reaching out to Pinterest support here @Flashoser? This integration is offered by Square but maintained by them so I suggest starting there.

 

If they inform you that something is broken or not working as expected on our end, please make sure they provide you with as many details as possible so our Phone Support team can get it escalated for you if needed.

It sounds like it was broken on someones end i have no idea who as i wrote and asked and got this reposnse

 

whatever this means, that is what they said to me...and they linked me up with no explanation other than this..
