We are operating two bars, one in basement, and a kitchen. Bar stock may be needed from either location on demand, i.e. draughts are unique between the bars, but cans and cocktails aren’t, but may need to be sourced from either location for service. tickets would need to be sent to the location they are needed from, on the fly. Without creating separate categories for each type of drink order (upstairs and downstairs) and duplicating items to assign them to these new categories for printing tickets to the correct locations, how does one handle this in square for restaurants? is there a way to have it prompt for a ticket location on demand? or do we need to duplicate our items and menu options to separate them?
